| COILS |
The coils are manufactured from finest quality
of Copper Tubes. Aluminium fins used have
full drawn collars. The fins have sigma
pattern and corrugation on the edges. Copper
Tubes are hydraulically expanded within
fin collars to form permenent tube to fin
bond. The tubes are arranged in staggered
position for maximum heat transfer.
Chilled Water Coils are provided with heavy
duty m.s. pipe headers while D-X Evap. Coils
are provided with brass distributor.

| TESTING
|
All coils are tested at 21 kg/sq. cm (300
psiG) pneumatic pressure submerged under water
for leakage test.
